#gabon:Transit Libreville shutdown taxis unnumbered

       Since yesterday, Tuesday, August 5, 2014, the city hall of the town of Libreville proceeds to shutdown taxis unnumbered door. 
      The operation involves only taxis in the town of Libreville since the beginning of 2014, have not paid their taxes, including those linked to the number of door.
      Yesterday morning, many taxis have borne the brunt of this decision with the shutdown of their vehicle in the car park of the institution. And the operation continues.
